About Our Practice

Eastside Family Counseling is an award-winning counseling practice offering child, teen, adult, individuals, family and couples counseling services to the communities of Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, and Seattle’s Eastside.

Our goal is to compassionately create space for new possibilities. We nurture the emotional & psychological well-being of individuals by exploring their relationship with themselves, their families, and their larger social community.

Clinicians at Eastside Family Counseling guide clients to listen with an open heart and communicate more effectively so that everyone feels more fully heard. As a result, relationships are healed and repaired, allowing individuals to navigate daily life and life’s transitions with increased ease, so each client may flourish as they strive to reach their full potential.

Clinical Associate

Daylen has experience and training working with children, youth, couples & families. She is an LGBQT+ affirming therapist and works with clients coming out as well as depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Full Bio

Clinical Associate

Melissa has experience and training working with children, teens, & young adults on anxiety, depression, social and emotional development, as well as ADHD, and autism. She also works with parents on developing effective strategies to support their children’s developmental needs.

Lindsay has experience and training in grief/loss, trauma/traumatic loss, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD, adult survivors of child abuse, relationship issues, and anticipatory grief. She works with adults, teens & couples.

Founder & Executive Director

Jennifer has experience and training in working with teens & youth, with couples, stepfamilies, and with individuals & families struggling with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflict. She also offers parent education workshops around the greater Seattle area.
